Steve has completed several projects for me in recent months, including a total bathroom remodel. He finished the jobs on time and within budget. He is a true craftsman. His work is impeccable. He is easy to work with and I highly recommend him.

Steve is my hero! I recently hired him to resolve some tricky carpentry "issues" and to install a new sink in my basement living area, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. The sink installation, in particular, required some very precise measuring and fitting and cutting (through concrete!), and he handled it all brilliantly. Steve is a true pro and his attention to detail is not only impressive, its comforting. I highly recommend him.

Steve of Waterford Homes returned my phone call the same day I inquired about repairs in a bathroom. The next day he brought a plumber and the head carpenter to meet me and explain what repairs had to be made.
He then set the next day as the date for starting.

He and his workers were always on time, ccmpleted work quickly and were exceptionally clean and neat with their repairs. I was very pleased with the finished product and the fair price.

Steve and crew remodeled our entire main floor plus stair rail and we couldn't be more pleased! They took out a wall to expand our kitchen and the results are amazing! Waterford Homes staff is professional and their attention to detail is second to none It went so well, we had them replace three decks on the back of our house with the same results. Steve has been an amazing "go to guy" for me. I recently purchased a house that was renovated and appeared to be in great shape. Unfortunately, things weren't quite as they appeared. Luckily, Steve was able to take care of each and every problem efficiently and effectively. I even showed him a picture of raised garden beds that I wanted for the backyard. He was so helpful in providing ideas on how to modify the design to fit my needs and completed the project in time for planting season. Wow, was it great! I am so pleased with all his work. I highly recommend Steve to anyone who has big or small jobs. Though my projects weren't big, he treated me with utmost respect. Thanks so much Steve!

Accurate, Affordable, On-Time, top-notch craftsmanship. Owner Steve Whittle is skilled, honest and forthright...something needed when trying to hit a moving target in the world of remodel. Steve has a meticulous eye, and makes things right in the first place.

He has done 4 projects for us: remodeled kitchen, remodeled/repaired post-flood basement, construction of an outdoor deck, and construction of an outdoor kitchen counter.

I love working with him and highly recommend Steve and his company.

ps. on a side note I progressively photographed a seven month remodel Steve did on an 11,000 sq. ft. mansion. Phenomenal is the transition, and his recommending guidance helped the owner see things through in the right way.

Steve and crew did a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation for us. The communication, promptness and attention to detail is just some of the highlights that were on display. We had plenty of conversations about some of the details that needed to be hashed out and while we were the one's making choices, Steve was able to give great advice on some of the materials we wanted to use and put the materials to an optimal use. I'm very impressed with the "Can do" attitude and as any issues cropped up, the guys were able to not only engineer on the fly, but have done so with a common sense approach. I'm so impressed with how they were able to complete this project. Old fashion ethics: On time, Good Communication, hard work, attention to detail, conscientious, accommodating and great customer service. If you need any renovation work done I highly recommend Steve and Waterford homes. They've turned our house into something very special and my wife and I are very happy with the results. What can I say about Waterford Homes Inc., they were a fantastic choice for our backyard Timbertech deck! We ended up choosing them out of the bunch as they were on-time, affordable, accurate and worked with us every step of the way when we needed to make changes. A few other companies we received quotes from were much higher, or never contacted us back. For the companies that did contact us back, the product they suggested didn't make sense with what we told them our needs were, which means they already started out on the wrong foot by not listening. Waterford Homes Inc. on the other hand listened, made suggestions and took our suggestions to heart. Steve, the owner, was very honest, straight forward and did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. Both he and his team worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves every day. Just knowing how much detail they put into their work and how helpful they have been, it was a refreshing experience. We will be using Steve and his team at Waterford Homes Inc. again for future projects we have, that's how great they've been!
